Amsterdam is even now more welcoming

AMSTERDAM, May 7, 2015 – Amsterdam is richer by another great company, Promotion Partners. This premium firm of flexible (sales) staff cares for customers at events, fairs and promotions. They also handle store personnel deployment at major retail chains, such as de Bijenkorf, and specialise in retail staffing beyond customs at Amsterdam Airport Schiphol. Thanks to Promotion Partners’ business growth in recent years, they have now chosen a broader base in Amsterdam (Atlas ArenA) with excellent accessibility for clients and employees in the office and in the field (600).

This new location is equipped with various modern meeting and training rooms and features a brasserie for clients, training attendees and employees. Client companies can also hold events, training sessions and meetings in this inspiring location. In consultation, Promotion Partners can provide the complete range, from organisation to catering and staff. Their facilities include four meeting rooms for up to 12 people and two training rooms for up to 60 people.

Young female entrepreneurship

Bianca Metzelaar, Managing Director and owner of Promotion Partners (age 32): “We are ready to take the next step in our ambition. The strength of our agency is that our clients see Promotion Partners as an extension of their own organisation, and that is something I consider a huge compliment. Our team is ready 7-days-a-week to fill, with enthusiasm and passion, requests from clients for quality personnel. We assist and (re)connect people in all respects. Our new logo symbolises communication, personal contact and that passion for our customers and the people who work for us. Quality combined with hospitality. “

Setting people, and companies, up for success

Bianca Metzelaar continues: “Our HR policy is therefore deliberately designed so that everyone, our own people in the office, but also colleagues across the country, can have as much input as possible. Obviously, we work with functional profiles, but I find it more important to work from people’s skills and translate those on the client’s behalf to achieve a good end result. Now, with the advent of our own professional training centre, we can imagine our future in the marketplace even more distinctly with regard to the calibre of our staff. As an entrepreneur, I am proud to continue this growth and further expand the Promotion Partners organisation, with our ongoing emphasis on quality, of course. “
